We had a crazy but fun labor day weekend, we barbequed on Friday. On Sunday Dane and Bert took the kids shooting in the desert. When they came back we had another barbeque. We are so luckly that we have such great neighbors who have become some of our closest friends. We all enjoyed the cooking of Bert and the Vegas Breeze. The kids all ran until they could not run anymore and then swore they were not tired. We have one more day left of relaxing and then it is back to the daily grind. Gotta love the three day weekend.

It actually rained in our neighborhood. I have to say that the smell of the rain in the desert is the best smell ever. They wanted to sing the rain so we had a little performance of singing in the rain presented by Aubrie and Brian. Gotta love it.

GOING BACK BACK TO SCHOOL AGAIN...

Oh my gosh I have a third grader, only three years and I will have a middle schooler. That is mind blowing to me!!! Anyways enough about me, Aubrie had a trying morning but we managed to get to school and find # 87 dot. So she stood in line and realized she knew some people in her class and then it was "MOM" who ???????

hOW FaST THeY gROW!!!!

So I was putting all my pictures on my computer in order (yes I lead a very exciting life) and I came across some pictures of Aubrie and Brian that made me think how fast time is going. Aubrie is starting third grade and Brian is almost five. Where has the time gone. I remember my mom always saying that it goes so fast and that is so true. I can not believe that they are so grown up and I still feel like I am 21. Oh but 30 is fast approaching, Where did the time go?????
