Girls night out!!

The time has come and we were ready to have a great party!! Everything was ready the food was all set out and placed perfectly. We just hoped that it would be a good party.

The pampered chef table was ready for the crowds!!!

Our party was a HUGE success!!We had a ton of quests and they all shopped!!! Each vendor did a good amount of sales and as the last person was leaving we were already discussing a party in May!!! Thanks to all those who came and thanks to my co-host!!!

You dirty little rats you

These boys, I swear they must roll around on the street until they have no clean spots left on them. Rhonda and I let the kids play outside while we were getting ready for the party and this is the next big mess we have to tackle!!!

Getting ready for the party~

Rhonda and I decided to have a party to tie all the home parties in one stop. We decided to do it at Rhonda house and split the cost down the middle!! Since Rhonda was running around like a mad woman getting her business started, I took on the baking and food prep.
We decided on having some really yummy treats for the event. I made bite size cream cheese brownie bites. That were so lovely to make!

I also made bite size vanilla cupcakes with Pink frosting. After icing these I am a huge fan of the hand held decorating bottles, they are my new favorite Pampered Chef tool!!!
I also made yummy fruit dip and we had dips and chips, a party must!!!
I decided to make cards to say what all the food was and I coordinated the colors with the colors of the party.
Hope this party is a Success!!!!

Wii any one??

After church everyone came over to my house to have dinner and hang out for the afternoon. Everyone ate lunch and then Brian and Aubrie challenged all of us adults to a little Wii competition.

At first Gramma did not get it but help from the master she was slowing catching on.

But Aunt Valerie on the other hand could not grasp the game. She at one point only scored 13 points to loss to Brian. Who is not the most humblest of winners that is to say the least!

We had a great time and everyone got a turn with the game. So funny to see the adults losing to the kids so bad, but there was one time that my mom beat Brian, but as he says only ONE time.

My Grandma Stucki has been making blankets and quilts since i can remember!! Valerie and I have made some with her and i have fond memories of tying a a few with her!! She was the best teacher and had the magic touch. One of my favorite blankets I have we made together when I was a kid.
Now that I have kids of my own she has made them their baby blankets and now they are out growing them or in Brian's case using them to death. She has made this one for Aubrie!! It is all patches of fabric that Aubrie picked and there are some that are really neat. There is one from when my mom was in college! She loves it and now uses it every night!!!
Thanks grandma this will be something that she will treasure!!

Karly's wedding

So after the day of shopping and eating we went to Karly's wedding. This was a bonus for us since Rhonda and I both read her blog and have fallen in love with this cute couple!! She looked amazing of course, there theme was a nautical one that was carried out all around us!! The tables had lanterns and really cute ocean things!

The food was great too!! We hung out and had a good time talking to the family and catching up. It was funny because I introduced Rhonda as my date and she was a great one!! She got me drinks all night (HAHAHHA) the best part was the she fit right in with the family!!

They cut the cake and had their first dance as we were watching them dance, Aubrie said mom they are doing a gator toss. I was like what are you talking about, she said look at that sign!! I was thinking this must be something new but then I saw the sign and realized that it was the garter toss !! We had a good laugh about that one!

It was a great way to top off a great day trip!! Thanks for making my Birthday so fun!! Best one yet!

My Birthday!! in STG

Early this morning Rhonda and I said "goodbye" to the boys and we were ready to start our day trip for my Birthday!!
We stopped at Starbucks to start our trip out right!!! After we got our goodies we were off to St George!!

Soon after we were on the road I looked at my dash and saw this lovely message!! So we pulled off at a gas station and we just started adding air to the tires. Hoping that the warning would go away. No it did not!!

As we were stressing about this we had a HUGE black bird come and watch us!! We know that he was laughing at! Then this older gentlemen came and asked if we needed any help, YES we both said!!! He took out his tire gauge and we found out that I had added double the air that was suppose to be in my tires!! He fixed it and we said thank you and we were finally on our way!!

Of course we had to stop and take pictures to remember every step of the trip!! We pulled off and snap this one and then realized that the UTAH sign was just a short was down the road so we of course stopped there too and so did some other people who took our picture and we took theirs too!! Then the man asked if he could get a picture of us since we took there picture, we thought weird but we smiled for him anyways!!

First stop was Tai Pan trading company!! We were wondering and look what we found!! My mom and sister and Aubrie were also in St George shopping and they were also going to the wedding!! Aubrie loves shopping with them and she was cute she would find something cute and run to find me and Rhonda!!
This store is amazing, we wondered around for a long while and then we decided to head to Roberts but were side tracked by a Pottery Barn clearance store!! Then we decided we were Starving and we headed to lunch and we would return to Roberts!!

We decided on Five Guys and Fries!! Which was the best Hamburger I have ever had no seriously the BEST!! We both ordered what we thought was a regular cheeseburger but their regular is a little or should I say a lot bigger then I am used to!! It was two patties with a LOT of gooey cheese, grilled onions and mushrooms and a little bit of mayo. We both ordered large fries to split and once again we were way off and could have ordered one small and split it!! Next time we will be more prepared!!!


After lunch we did a little bit more shopping and then were like we have not eaten enough lets go and get cupcakes!! This was another GREAT decision that we made they were wonderful and worth every point that I went over to enjoy the yummy cupcake goodness!!!


After the cupcakes we went to Krumpets, and Pebbles were we spent the last bit of our time before the wedding die cutting our new favorite craft!!!!
Then we were off to Aunt Misha's house where we changed and headed to the wedding!!

Back to School!!!

Tonight was Back to School the first one that this school has had since Aubrie was in first grade!! I have no idea why they decided to have one this year but I was glad! I loved Back to School night when I was a kid. Dane and I took the kids and saw where they sit, we met there teachers and even some of their new friends!! It was a fun night and the kids were excited that Dane could go even though it was past his bed time!!

All tuckered out!!

After a great weekend with Dad, I found Brian passed out on his floor. He went in there to watch some TV and did not come out so I was a little curious what he was doing! This little nap was all he needed!! He was then ready to hang out with Grandma and Aunt Valerie for dinner!!

A hunting we will go!!!

So Brian and Dane had a great time and they did a great job taking pictures!! Brian was so excited to tell me all about their guys trip!!
They had a so much fun they went fishing and took lots of rhino rides and just hung out!!

Brian was so impressed that when they went fishing that the ducks came right next to him. He said that they were right next to him and they did not get scared!! He was a little bummed that he did not catch anything but Dane did catch some.

They found this make shift shelter in the woods and thought that it was really cool. As for me I would much rather have a tent!!

Brian and Dane both said that they can not wait to go again and spend some time in the woods. maybe next time they can hunt!!!
